2. Billing Terms

This Billing Terms document governs the manner in which the Natural Health Science Foundation (NHSF) manages payments, gifts/promotions and refunds.

Personal identification information

You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as Boleto, SEPA, direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees. The NHSF works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment.

Gift and Promotional Codes

The NHSF or our partners may offer gift and promotional codes to students or event participants. Certain codes may be redeemed for gift or promotional credits applied to your NHSF account, which then may be used to purchase eligible courses on our platform, subject to the terms included with your codes. Other codes may be directly redeemable for specific courses.

These codes and credits, as well as any promotional value linked to them, may expire if not used within the period specified in your NHSF account or in other communications. Gift and promotional codes offered by the NHSF may not be refunded for cash, unless otherwise specified in the terms included with your codes or as required by applicable law. Gift and promotional codes offered by a partner are subject to that partner’s refund policies. If you have multiple saved credit amounts, the NHSF may determine which of your credits to apply to your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Except as set out below, all sales are final. If you have registered for an event, you are able to cancel and receive a refund, less bank fees, if you do so before the event takes place. If the event has commenced you will not be able to claim a refund, but will continue to have access to all content.

If you have purchased a series of events, you have received a discount compares to purchasing a single event and you will be charged on a periodic basis one month in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with 1 months’ notice, and will be permitted to attend any event you have paid for, despite the cancellation. Also, access to all content from past paid for events will be maintained following cancellation.

If you have purchased an NHSF course, then you are able to claim a refund within 14 days of your purchase. If you have accessed or downloaded any digital content within this time, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that digital content. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have the right to access the purchased digital content.

The Grand Rounds Series or other content from the NHSF is not designed to provide a one-size-fits-all solution for patients. The format is intended to actively encourage qualified natural healthcare practitioners who participate to tailor their patient care though illustration of the process that experienced practitioners have used with an individual patient. The objective is to provide interesting insights and universal learnings that practitioners are able to consider as part of their overall patient management.

To protect patient confidentiality, patient data in the cases presented are deidentified, and unless consent has been given do not include anything specific to the patient including name, street address, telephone/fax number, full face photograph, dates of birth/consultations/admission/diagnostic tests, email address/URL/IP address or any other official identity data. Recommendations of products and tests are those of the speaker and are not endorsed by the Natural Health Science Foundation unless specifically mentioned in the slides.
