This is an exciting opportunity to connect with dance professionals from different parts of the world and learn from their experiences and perspectives. Collaborating in a small, intimate setting will foster a sense of community and allow for more personalized attention and feedback.
Your BIG APPLE ADVENTURE will also provide a platform for sharing best practices, exploring new techniques, and discovering fresh ideas to invigorate your dance studio. This event will be a fantastic way to kick off your season and set the tone for a year of growth and innovation.
By offering both education and business adventures, we will provide valuable content for dance teachers, administrators and studio owners. Our TEAM will provide you with a fabulous foundation to grow and nurture your classroom & business.
Education Adventure:
Technique Classes
Teachers will develop a keen eye for proper technique and provide students with the guidance they need to achieve their full potential in class.
Choreography Sessions
Explore the art of choreography, including strategies for creating and refining dance routines.
Classroom Management
Teachers will learn to implement effective classroom management that is crucial for creating a safe and productive learning environment. It will include a combination of communication, expectations, and consistent behavior management strategies.
Dancer Motivation
Learn different strategies & methods to inspire your students to achieve their personal goals to their fullest potential.
Business Adventure:
Marketing and Branding
Learn how to design & promote clear call-to-action posts that effectively encourage your audience to take the desired action, whether it's registering for classes, camps, intensives or pop classes.
Staff Management
Tips on how to effectively manage studio staff, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
Customer Service
This class will teach you the fundamentals of customer service, including how to communicate effectively with customers, how to handle difficult situations, and how to create a positive customer experience to maximize your student retention.
Additional Revenue
Explore different avenues to generate revenue. Consider offering new classes, workshops, or events. Create a referral program to encourage your existing customers to bring in new customers.
