I recently had the pleasure of working with the incredible Alicia-Ann Wade, creator and founder of Grateful Heart, who's vision is to empower individuals and organisations to lead with gratitude and cultivate a positive culture of success and appreciation.
Alicia came to me wanting to lose all the unwanted weight and emotional baggage that she had accumulated so she could rebuild her life and her identity.
Within just 8 weeks, Alicia had lost 7kg, let go of punishing exercise routines & a host of negative emotions and beliefs that had been literally weighing her down. Caroline joined Weight Loss Goals Club over a year ago, hoping to regain her health and overcome self-sabotage, after surviving cancer and gaining around 24kg.

Within 6 weeks, he lost 13kg and, in total, 15kg in three weeks, and dropped to a size 5XL. Wayne's energy improved, and he found a new interest in cooking and healthy foods.
His family became more active, and Wayne's medication was reduced, and he was no longer pre-diabetic.
Kiran was addicted to her iPad, had low self-esteem, lacked confidence, and wanted to improve her health and lose weight. She suffered from pain, brain fog, lethargy, severe anxiety, and self-isolation.
Within three sessions, she overcame her iPad addiction, started eating healthily, and became more confident, outgoing, and able to venture out without assistance. Using Neuro Linguistics & Hypnosis, Kiran overcame her old and limiting beliefs and let go of all of her emotional baggage, resulting in a 28cm reduction around her body and a 3.5kg weight loss.
