These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you book your 2025 Philippines RadVenture (the "transformational experience") with us, in addition to important obligations you make as a valued client that affect your legal rights.

The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Radnoti Research Institute LLC (the "RRI").

The terms "you", “participant”, “guest", "passenger” and “client” refer to you as the end-user, our customer, visiting our web pages and other digital promotional material related to the transformational experience, engaging in communications with members of the RRI team, and/or completing a reservation with us for yourself and any additional guests to your party so that you can secure your spot(s) on the 2025 Philippines Transformational RadVenture.

It remains your responsibility to understand and accept all the following terms and conditions:

1) General 

a) By booking this transformational experience with the RRI and any associated members of Team RAD, you hereby agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions of our suppliers (eg. hotel management, foreign transport vendors) that are applicable to your booking arrangements. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you must not make a booking with us.

b) By making a booking with us, you affirm that you are at least 21 (twenty one) years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement in accordance with all terms and conditions contained herein.

c) If you are making a booking on behalf of any other person (eg. your employer as his/her PA, your spouse, or your boyfriend or girlfriend) you hereby agree to inform that person(s) about these booking terms and conditions and this Agreement as they apply to the booking arrangement you are securing with the RRI.

d) You agree to be financially responsible for the booking you make with us regardless of whom pays/paid for it on behalf of your party. You herein acknowledge that you are responsible for all reservation and additional travel arrangements as may be required, and for the same if made for persons under your direction, guidance or control as guests to your party.

e) You hereby warrant that all information supplied by you (whether for yourself or on behalf of someone else), or by members of your household, is true, current, complete and accurate at point of reservation.

f) You agree that any violation of any terms and conditions may result in (i) the cancellation of your reservation with us, (ii) your forfeiture of any monies paid for your reservation, (iii) you being denied access to the applicable transformational experience in the Philippines, and (iv) our right to debit your card for any additional costs we may incur as a result of such violation.

g) You hereby acknowledge, accept and agree that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time and that those changes become effective immediately, the latest update of which is listed at the bottom of this Agreement. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of your travel or at the time of cancellation, however applicable.

h) You also hereby agree that it remains your responsibility to be familiar with these terms and conditions and to check back from time to time for any changes.

2) Release of Liability

You hereby release liability of all travel risks to the intended destinations as described in all promotional material (both online and off) related to the Philippines transformational experience, commencing October 11, 2025. You also hereby release liability for your participation in any of the optional excursions and activities on offer throughout the RadVenture.

All guests related to your reservation for this transformational experience (eg. spouse, partner, friend, child or other) herein confirm to release and save harmless:

a) Mr Robert P. Radnoti and the Radnoti Research Institute (the RRI), including all its directors, members, employees, affiliates, associates, brand partners, agents and representatives; and

b) Mr Matthew Moore and all members of his crew under the Explore Moore Travel team

from any liability whatsoever, whether now or in the future, in relation to the travel arrangements and activities as required to embark on the journey, any additional adventure activities or excursions throughout the transformational experience, and any loss, damages, theft and/or injuries.

3) Flights & Other Travel Arrangements

You hereby agree that you are responsible for sourcing, obtaining quotations for, and ultimately booking your flights and travel insurance as desired for the following:

a) Your flight(s) to Manila, Philippines, for arrival on or before October 10, 2025; and

b) Your return flight(s) home, however you choose to arrange your return ticket. 

You confirm your understanding that the RRI is not a travel agency, nor do any of the RRI team members act as independent travel agents. You are solely responsible for all your travel bookings, research, and other travel arrangement sourcing such as insurance.

Should this be the first time you are traveling to the Philippines, we recommend that you contact a trusted travel agency closest to you (eg. a Flight Center branch) to complete your flight reservations, secure the appropriate travel insurance, and make any other tour and/or luggage arrangements as desired. They can also advise you of any visa requirements. 

You hereby accept that the RRI is not responsible should an airline cancel, reschedule, or delay a flight for any reason. If you miss your flight, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination. The RRI is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your transformational experience with us, nor will we provide any refund for portions of the transformational experience you may have missed due to canceled, rescheduled, or delayed flights. Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant.

4) Travel Insurance

You hereby confirm that you are solely responsible for obtaining quotes and securing the required travel insurance for yourself and any guests joining you based on your country of origin, and in accordance with any other stipulations or regulations as may be required from your place of residence related to your booking. You also hereby accept that you are responsible for securing any additional coverage as may be desired for the optional adventure activities such as swimming, kayaking or hiking.

5) Visas 

You hereby confirm that you accept full responsibility for ensuring you obtain the necessary travel visas as may be required for entry into or through foreign countries so that you can join us on this transformational experience. You understand that visa requirements differ depending on what citizenship and passport one is traveling with, which is why the onus is on you to secure the right visas in advance of your departure date. 

6) Participation

For the benefit of everyone who joins our RRI transformational experiences, we reserve the right to accept or reject any participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with or disruptive to the best interests of the other participants. 

We will not refund nor cover any additional expenses you incur if we have to terminate your 2025 Philippines RadVenture due to your unacceptable behavior. When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment for any such damage or loss (reasonably estimated if not precisely known) must be paid direct at the time to our ground operations manager, the accommodation owners or managers, or any other supplier.

You hereby indemnify the RRI and all its members and associates related hereto for the full amount of any claim (including any legal costs) made against us at any time, whether now or in the future post-transformational experience. You also hereby agree that you will not hold the RRI or any of its related entities or team members liable for any actions taken under these terms and conditions.

7) Cancellation & Refund Terms

To best understand our cancellation policy and the refund terms for our 2025 Philippines Transformational Experience as it pertains to this Agreement, kindly note the following:

Pricing Tiers: 

Single Occupancy: US$4,550.00 per person for single occupancy with private hotel and resort rooms throughout the 2025 Philippines RadVenture booked on your behalf for this transformational experience. These rates are valid to Tues, September 30, 2025 at 16h00 Eastern time.

Twin Sharing: US$4,250.00 per person sharing (such as when traveling with a friend). These rates are valid to Tues, September 30, 2025 at 16h00 Eastern time.

Double Occupancy: US$4,000.00 per person sharing a Double Room, typically with a King or Queen bed throughout all accommodation for this transformational experience. These rates are valid to Tues, September 30, 2025 at 16h00 Eastern. 

Reservation Fee: For all clients who wish to reserve their spots without settling the full amount in one payment, the Reservation Fee is only US$1,500 per person (single, twin sharing, or double occupancy). This Reservation Fee can be paid at any time up to Wed, October 01, 2025 with the full balance due before October 07, 2025. Thus, full payment for your reservation is required by October 07, 2025 at 16h00 Eastern. 

Refunds:

Regardless of the sum paid towards your booking to date, the only amount refundable for any booking up to June 30, 2025 is a maximum of US$500 per guest booking and said refund remains subject to RRI management discretion in consideration of the booking administration and communications costs involved.

No refunds will be due or paid for any guest booking regardless of cancellation reason(s) from September 10, 2025, because that date falls within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the arrival date in Manila for the entire group. You hereby confirm, accept and agree that no refunds will be due or payable to you for any reason whatsoever from September 10, 2025.

We trust that you appreciate the considerable organizational costs in time, effort, energy, and love that the RRI team members pour into each guest booking for our RadVentures so we can provide an unforgettable transformational experience for everyone. Additionally, we are required to settle all the on-ground expenses, all group activity and excursion costs, and all hotel and resort fees in advance of this transformational experience in the Philippines no matter your cancellation reason(s).

For ease of reference, please note the 2-tiered refund policy scale noted at the bottom of this section.

Bookings Made as Couples or Gifts:

a) Should your significant other or partner (eg. husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, business partner, PA) make a booking for both of you as a couple or twin sharing, but you break up, separate or otherwise no longer wish to travel together any time from June 30, 2025: no refunds will be considered for any reason whatsoever, and you hereby accept and agree to this booking condition.

You herein also confirm that you hold yourself responsible for refunding your (now) ex-partner (whether girlfriend, boyfriend, lover or other) in your own time, whether or not you choose to embark on this transformational experience with or without him/her/they; and you also confirm that no member of the RRI team need be involved in your relationship challenges for any reason.

b) Should you have purchased this transformational experience as a gift for a friend, family member or other loved one, and said recipient(s) of your gift change their minds and no longer wish to embark on this transformational experience any time from June 30, 2025: no refunds will be considered for any reason whatsoever, and you hereby accept and agree to this booking condition. 

You also expressly confirm that you hold yourself responsible for choosing what to do next with your fully confirmed and paid-for reservation with us for this transformational experience, and that no member of the RRI team need be involved in whether or not you choose to forfeit, transfer, or gift your existing non-refundable reservation to someone else.

Chargebacks & Payment Security:

To the extent that you (or someone else on your behalf) provides us with credit or debit card information for the express purposes of securing a booking with the RRI for this 2025 Philippines transformational experience, you hereby authorize us to charge said card(s) for any unpaid booking fees as may be due to complete your reservation up to June 30, 2025 per the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement.

You hereby understand, accept and agree that no chargebacks or unchallengable disputes will be actioned against the Radnoti Research Institute as the service provider for this transformational experience, whether through your legal channels or direct through your bank, at any point in time, whether now or in the future, without the RRI's written consent and agreement thereto.

You also hereby accept and confirm that any such chargeback or dispute action without prior consent and written agreement from us would be considered a direct violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for which legal action could be taken against you. You hereby understand, accept and agree that you are solely responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and disputes, including any collection and/or legal fees associated therewith.

Should you need to change your credit or debit card details to complete your payment obligations to us, you agree to notify us of the new card, ACH or wire details so that payment can be effected and a suitable payment arrangement confirmed in writing between both parties to this Agreement.  

Please email kristen@robertradnoti.com should you wish to cancel your booking or request a refund of more than US$500-00 per person should your cancellation request occur before June 30, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be considered.
