1. Enrolment period
The next challenge starts within 24 hours. You can enrol into the challenge by completing the sign-up form at the top of this page.
2. Start date
Challenge information. Once enrolled, you'll be taken to the challenge area. We'll explain everything you need to know. The Challenge officially starts the next day.
3. Challenge period
The challenge period lasts 11 days. During this period, we'll be in close contact with daily videos, emails and challenges showing you exactly how to build the strong, powerful physique of a man in his prime.
4. Grace period
After the challenge, you'll have access to the content for 2-5 days so you can catch up on anything you missed. We'll also invite you to join our 6 week PrimalFIT System and free PrimalFIT Facebook community page.

No. The Primal Training outlined in the Cheat Sheet is designed so it can be completed anywhere, anytime.

All you need to do, is do it.
The daily videos are all under 5 minutes long. They're released on a 24hour time-release and you can watch them at home, on the toilet, at work, wherever you want.
The daily challenges vary but are flexible to your lifestyle.
Absolutely. We've made sure the challenge is accessible to all levels.
If you're very experienced in the gym, it'll challenge you. If you're brand new it'll welcome you in.
The same is true for diet.
Our goal over the 11days is to give you so much value that you want to continue working with us in our Online Academy.
But that's a conversation for a later date.

In the challenge, we use phase 1 of this system, which follows a simple set of rules. We offer more advanced options but it's been designed to be accessible to all.
