When is the retreat?
The dates of the retreat will be November 6th 5:30pm through November 9th 11am.
A basic outline of the schedule:
Thursday November 6th
- Check in between 4:30 and 5:30
- Opening circle and intention setting 5:45pm (if you are arriving later, please text Sophie Berkley 970-819-6751)
- Dinner will take place at 7pm
Friday November 7th
- Cacao Ceremony and Qigong in the morning
- Some people will have individual sessions and others will have a free day
- Healing Breathwork session in the evening
Saturday November 8th
- Yoga Flow
- Some people will have individual sessions and others will have a free day
- Strawberry Park Hot Springs
Sunday November 9th
- Closing circle with breakfast
- Check out by 11am
It looks like you have a lot of free time but we promise you will relish what you have and won't be bored. During free time, there will be other activities available such as small meditation circles, creating your own essential oil mixture, bonding with friends, and enjoying the amazing huge hot tub on the property.
What airport do I fly into?
Steamboat Springs is a little over three hours from Denver International Airport (DEN). Many people fly into Denver and rent a car to drive to Steamboat Springs. You can also contact Sophie Berkley 970-819-6751 or email connect@sophieberkley.com to see if we can arrange a ride to Steamboat Springs with a carpool from Denver.
Yampa Valley Airport (HDN) is located in Hayden Colorado and is about 45 minutes from our retreat location. Depending on flight times, you can either rent an Uber or contact Sophie Berkley 970-8196751 to arrange a ride to the retreat location.
What if I need a ride from the Denver area to Steamboat?
In past years, many people have been able to carpool with each other to find rides to Steamboat Springs. Please contact Sophie Berkley 970-819-6751 to be placed on an email or text group to arrange a ride.
What if I am coming with a friend and want to share a room?
We have single occupancy and double occupancy rooms. The first people to RSVP get the first choice of rooms. If you have a friend you would like to share a room with, please email Sophie Berkly to be accomodated connect@sophieberkley.com
What if I have food allergies or restrictions?
After you reserve your spot in the retreat you will receive an email with a link to important information. Part of the information packet will include a food preference survey where you can inform us of allergies, food restrictions, and any food preferences. We combine everyone's surveys to plan meals that everyone will love.
What if I pay and then can't attend the retreat?
Due to the expenses of tailoring a personalized experience for you, your $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you pay more than the deposit and can't attend the retreat you will receive a refund of anything you paid over your $500 deposit.
