When should I fly in/out?
We recommend flying in the day before and flying out the day after to give yourself enough time to rest before and recover after the workshop.
Where should I book my lodging?
We’ll be in the Old Town area. After registering, you’ll get details about the workshop address and the best locations to book your lodging. Feel free to use the WhatsApp group to set up lodging with other attendees
What should I bring each day?
Bring water, a notebook, and any snacks you may want. Make sure to bring a sweater because the workshop venue may be cold!
When is the Prep Call?
After registering, you’ll get details about the prep call in your confirmation email. The prep call is one week before the workshop.
When are final payments due?
Final payments are due the same day as the prep call.
What should I prepare for travel to Romania?
If you’re traveling internationally to Bucharest, Romania, consider bringing some cash for exchange. Most places will accept card. One of the luxuries of Romania is that the EUR, GBP, and USD go a long way!
It’s recommended to take Uber for transportation, as the taxis may use predatory rates. When arriving at OTP airport, simply exit the terminal and cross the bridge to the rideshare pickup area. There is also a train that runs from the airport to Old Town.
Check to see if your phone plan has coverage in Romania. If not, most providers have options to purchase coverage for international trips.
Most people in Old Town speak good English, making it easy. The women there are very easy to talk to!
