What is an Activation?

An activation is a powerful energetic guided meditation intended to help you connect to the Quantum field to attract new possibilities, and to help you connect with the wisdom of your higher self or oversoul. In the Quantum field we are working in the timeless state of "now", where all information exists, connecting to your soul memories and your eternal wisdom.

You will be seated or laying down, relaxed and in a state to receive. As you play the activation, visualize and follow along as Jenna guides you to connect to your higher self, calling in energy that serves you in remembering and activating your life purpose.

Energetically, we are working to help you shift and clear any energy that is no longer serving you, allowing more energy from your Soul star or higher self to connect to you at this time.

Think of this as an energetic upgrade, allowing you to get in flow with the energy of the Universe and allowing you to step fully into your purpose.

What is a Journey?

A Soul Journey is a guided meditation intended to help you connect to the Quantum field to attract new possibilities, heal soul loss, or remove limiting beliefs. Many Shamanic cultures have used "quantum journeying" to connect to all probabilities that exist in the Quantum field, and to connect with the Spirit of the Universe.

As we break down the science of consciousness and quantum physics, we now know that our consciousness can be directed in a certain way to change the outcome of future events or to remove energy blockages that were created by trauma in the past.

In our journey meditations, you will be guided in a way that blends North American Shamanic practices with Eastern traditions. In these journeys you will be accessing your higher self, guides and non-physical team who are aware of your soul contracts and your chosen destiny for this life. You will be able to make changes to your subconscious programming, remove limiting beliefs from the past, and connect to a more fulfilling future. Use the journeys as guided meditations helping you connect to the Quantum field and make changes in your energy field.

Meet Your Guide and Instructor Jenna Layden

Hi! I’m Jenna, Former Global Vice President at Whole Foods Market and Founder of Star Family Wisdom

I'm an old soul and have been a leader of transformation and change for over 15 years, leading teams and individuals to adopt empowering mindsets and achieve their goals. I am a student and teacher of Universal Spirituality, a Certified Master Energy Medicine Practitioner, and am particularly passionate about helping humans understand the nature of consciousness, metaphysics, and transpersonal phenomena (including ET experiences!). With a skill for connecting ancient wisdom, new mind-body science and Universal Spiritual teachings, I'm now guiding Star Family Wisdom students to become the New Human and manifest their dreams!

I've remembered past lives in Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece and Ancient India, teaching and leading Initiates who were ready to embody Spiritual wisdom; and I'm back for more! In this life, I've been initiated into the traditional Shamanic practices of North and South America, and the Ancient Holy Practices of Yeshua and the Holy Family (of the Sri Kaleshwar and Shirdi Sai Baba lineage), and am so passionate about serving the collective healing and transformation of people and the planet. I'm also a member of the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma and am so grateful for the wisdom-keepers on Earth who have supported our Spiritual evolution for thousands of years.
