The Year of No


This year let's all get good at saying "no" to the things that we need to say no to.

 

Say no to:

  • Negative, draining people
  • Drama
  • Food that doesn't energize you
  • Gluttony
  • Mindless screen time
  • Actions that aren't worth your time or energy
  • Worrying about what other people think
  • Over-committing
  • Over-reacting
  • Distractions
  • Old and irrelevant beliefs about yourself

I find that when you can say no, you end up saying yes to things that I need to say yes to.

 

So, this year, let's all get good at no!
