This Program is Effective for Most but Not a Good Fit for Some. Read these FAQ's and decide what's right for you.
While we support those who choose a plant based diet, our plan relies on meat, fish, and eggs for protein. Meat is not a necessity, however if you are a strict vegan or not able to eat fish or eggs too then this plan is not going to serve you well.

This is usually not a problem! This plan does not require dairy, nuts, or gluten for success. If you are concerned, we recommend emailing your questions to info@scalethelimit.com to discuss your specific issues before you sign up so that we can make sure your needs can be accommodated.
We have served over 350 members using this same formula to lose weight and the ones who stick with it even in hard moments have lost weight. Everyone's body is a little different, so there are no guarantees. However, we have found that the program is effective if you are willing to do the work.

While the ketogenic diet focuses on high fat, high protein, and low carb, Scale The Limit takes a different approach, usually recommending less fat, moderate protein and fruit every day. STL also focuses on different eating styles at different stages of the program to ensure the best results.
We always advise that you check with your doctor for all medical advice as we are NOT medical professionals and do NOT give medical advice. Overall we are aware of our members that have been diagnosed pre-diabetic, diabetic, or with other auto immune diseases like arthritis, celiac, lupus, etc have found great results with our program assisting them in better managing sugar and inflammation which can lead to improved conditions.
We do not provide an exercise plan during the weight loss phase of the program. Of course, we don’t suggest a sedentary lifestyle, but intense exercising is not recommended. When your desired weight is achieved, we incorporate exercising to encourage toning and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If you are not willing to ease off the exercise, then this program is not a good fit for you.
This is totally doable! Our Programs will get you started quickly and keep you going as it takes to achieve your goal. You will also learn how to explore the reasons behind your weight by identifying emotional triggers and foods that may be unhealthy for your specific body. We’ll give you a formula that you can use again and again to hit your goal weight and maintain it. You will be in good company with lots of support among others that have already lost 100 and beyond.
Absolutely not! Our program incorporates natural proteins like meat, fish, and eggs along with veggies, and fruit that you can purchase on your own wherever you’d like. This is a simple plan for real life and can be worked into most busy lifestyles.
We always advise that you check with your doctor for all medical advice as we are NOT medical professionals and do NOT give medical advice. Overall we are aware of our members that have had these type of procedures typically need to adjust their food portions to a lower amount according to what their body can handle. As a result their weight loss progress is typically slower and lower than the average results.
There's no cheating, just choices with outcomes. If you want to lose weight, then you must commit to following the program as closely as possible to achieve results. If you choose not to stay on track every day, then any results will be slow or non-existent. This is a simple program and the members that choose to stay on track typically see great results.
The food plan and the Mindful exercises are exactly the same for all programs.
The Self-Care Society is all automated and self-paced, perfect for independent study. The community is growing and there is not live coaching included.
