Recipe Instructions
1 medium to large banana
1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, rice, soy, etc.)
1/4 cup instant oats (or rolled oats)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon peanut butter
In a small blender, add the banana (peeled and broken into chunks).
Pour in the plant-based milk of your choice.
Add the instant oats (or rolled oats).
Add the maple syrup, cinnamon, and peanut butter.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
