How does this program work?
You have up to six months to complete this program. During this time you will have 6 one-on-one sessions with Louise. Once you have registered you'll receive an e-mail giving you a link to Louise's calendar so you can book your sessions with her. The sessions will be held virtually via Zoom. You will be provided with the tools you need to achieve your goals and will be accountable for your own process.
What is my time commitment?
The amount of time you put into it is totally up to you. You will get out of it what you put into it. The value lies in doing the exercises regularly so they become second nature to you - this is where you will notice things starting to shift for you. You have up to six months to complete the program.
What if I fall behind?
We all know that life happens. You have up to six months to complete this program and all the resources will be downloadable, so you can do it at your own pace.
Waking up is inevitable, how you deal with it is a choice.
