My corporate career spans across multiple Fortune 100 companies. As a diverse professional in the corporate world, I was often the youngest and only minority professional in many teams. I am passionate about empowering others to create a voice and visibility for themselves.

Meet Lasha Murray
I originate from Flint, Michigan and live in Texas. I spent most of my corporate career at a Fortune 100 company. I started my career 22 years ago in a male-dominated corporate setting. At the start of my career, I was often the only woman in a room of men where I felt invisible and too small to speak up when I knew I had ideas that would add value. Midway through my career, I was empowered by another woman who inspired me to use my voice and be authentic. After I started to bring my passionate, authentic self to work, inspiring other women to do the same, The Unapologetic Leadership Coach was born.
I felt a sense of urgency to advocate and elevate women to see themselves in their career and the value of bringing their true authentic selves into the workplace. My passion for advancement in women’s careers started from my own struggles to promote and advance as a double minority in a male-dominated industry. I have made it my mission to help as many women as I can, boss up in their career owning and investing in their development. My three proven actionable solutions of being authentic, foundational business acumen, and continuous professional development can easily be incorporated into any day-to-day work environment to elevate any career. I have been featured on several podcasts as well as news and online publications such as Go Solo and Women On Topp to name a few.
