✔️ When is the summit happening?
✔️ When is the marketing piece happening?
✔️ What are you expecting from them?
✔️ What are they getting from you too?
✔️ Who are you talking to?
✔️ What is the overlaying story of your summit?
✔️ What are you giving you attendees?
What To Do On Your Initial Reach Out To Yvi
➡️ Don’t put attachments into the first email
➡️ Start out with an intro
➡️ Take 5 minutes on your intro
➡️ Refer to the Agorapulse Summit
➡️ You can use templates
➡️ Customize templates
➡️ Talk to her in her first name
➡️ Reference something (Social media post. Etc.)
➡️ Start talking to her on social media

❇️ Start out with an intro

❇️ Keep it at one or two short paragraphs
