If at any time you choose not to accept these terms of use, please do not use this site or any of our sites.

The contents of our Sites are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of their owners. Uniquely You Psychology Unless otherwise noted, you may access and use the information and materials within the Sites for your personal use. You may not change, modify, delete, display, transmit, adapt, exploit, or copy for distribution or sale any information, material, trademark, or copyright on the Sites. You must obtain written permission from us or any other entity who owns intellectual property on the Sites before you may publish, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any material from the Sites. By using the Sites, you agree to abide by all copyright notices or other posted restrictions.

These terms of use apply only to our Sites, and not to the Sites of any other companies or organizations, including those we link to. We do not maintain, create, endorse, or take any responsibility for the contents, advertising, products or other materials made available through any other site, including those we link to. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of any content, goods or services available on any other site. Other Sites may link to our Sites by permission only. To seek our permission, you may contact us at the information above. We reserve the right to rescind any permission granted to you or any organization in which we approve linking to our Sites, and to require termination of any such link to any of the Sites, at our discretion at any time.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS AND ONLINE PROGRAMS

Please note the terms and conditions of enrollment/registration for any and all of our online and live Programs, Seminars and Workshops are as follows:

• There is a 3-Day ‘Cool Off Period’ after enrollment/registration where the participant can withdraw from the program for any reason.
• There are no withdrawals or refunds from online programs or workshops after 3 days post-enrollment / registration.
• If a person can no longer attend an online program or workshop due to unexpected circumstances, they may be permitted to transfer their enrollment to attend at a future date (if a future date is available). If this happens, any special tuition agreements will be transferred across to the new dates
•  All transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUS). In rare circumstances where a refund is needed, no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates will be made.
• If a person becomes disruptive or uncoachable during a program or seminar, we reserve the right to cancel the person’s participation in the program, seminar or workshop. If this happens, full course fees remain payable and no refunds will be given.
• The coaching/training team consists of Sky Steele and Alison Bartczak as well as their Head Coach(s). Parts of, or all of the program, seminar and/or workshop may be delivered by either.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS - BOLD, BRAVE, BEAUTIFUL

Please note the terms and conditions for Bold Brave Beautiful are as follows: 
 

• There are no refunds offered for online membership programs. Once payment has been completed, if someone wishes to cancel their membership they can do so before their next billing period however there is no refund offered or provided. It is the responsibility of each person to ensure they request cancellation prior to their next billing date. 
• Payments for Bold, Brave, Beautiful are at weekly intervals. This is unable to be adjusted or changed. Payments will debit on a weekly basis until such time that a person requests for their membership to be cancelled. 
• If someone wishes to cancel their membership they need to send an email stating this to sky@uniquelyyoupsychology.com.au
• If someone becomes disruptive or un-coachable, deemed by Sky Steele, at any time they can and will be removed from the membership program with access and payments ceasing immediately. This includes harassment or bullying of any kind to other members. There is a strict zero tolerance for this.

ATTENTION PURCHASERS OF ANY LIVE EVENT TICKETS:
 

TICKET-HOLDER BEHAVIOUR POLICY; EJECTION AND CANCELLATION.
 

We reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct we deem is disorderly, disruptive or not in keeping with the purpose of the event. This includes but is not limited to anyone who uses profane, vulgar or abusive language who fails to comply with the venue’s rules or policies or violates any of the Companies’ Terms of Use or Terms of Sale. In any such event, you shall not be eligible for, and we shall not be obligated to issue you, a refund for any such purchase, and we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential expenses incurred by you.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no refund shall be provided to you in the event violate the Terms and Conditions of Use or the Terms and Conditions of Sale of this Website, or in the event you fail to abide by all rules and policies related to the venue where the event is located, which violation or failure results in your inability to gain admittance to the venue or ejection from the venue. 

In the event your ejection from a venue results in the loss of This-Party’s Ticket, you shall be liable for all costs, expenses and losses associated with such Third-Party loss.

By purchasing a ticket to any of our events and/or attending, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund Policy as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy if you do not agree to these Policies, please do not attend the event or purchase anything, or enter into any transaction with us. 
 

LIVE EVENTS
 

The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification.

No refunds will be given for Event Ticket purchases.

Event Ticket Transfers: Ticket transfers will NOT be processed THIRTY (30) Days (or less) prior to the event.

A $30 transfer fee will be applied to all ticket transfers and must be paid to the Company in order for the transfer to be honoured.

Guest Tickets: Once a Ticket purchase is confirmed, the Ticket Purchaser may only change the assignment of the Ticket by submitting a Guest Ticket Request to sky@uniquelyyoupsychology.com.au

RETREATS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

• The participant understands that attending any activity or service provided by Uniquely You Psychology involves some level of risk. These risks include but are not limited to physical injury or even death. By attending any activity or service provided by Uniquely You Psychology the participant agrees to assume these risks and agrees to release and discharge Uniquely You Psychology. and its Directors, employees, contractors and agents from any and all claims for liability.
• Neither Uniquely You Psychology nor any of its Directors, employees or agents will be liable for any loss or damage to any personal property or vehicle belonging to the participant during the services.
• Environmental changes and ‘acts of God’ can occur and are beyond our control. In the case of such an event, Uniquely You Psychology cannot be made liable, and will transfer your ticket to any future retreat with no expiry date on that transfer.
• It is the sole responsibility of the participant to purchase full and adequate medical, personal injury, travel, and holiday insurance for the full duration of their stay with Uniquely You Psychology.
• All guests must refrain from any illegal act or any conduct unbecoming a retreat guest, conduct or language which may give offence to a team member or guest or any act which may cause damage to property. If Uniquely You Psychology or any of its staff, consultants or agents become aware of any such act / conduct then Uniquely You Psychology. & its agents may, at their absolute discretion, ask the participant to leave the premises, property or facility, this will be without refund to the guest, in these circumstances Uniquely You Psychology. will have no further responsibility or liability to the guest.
• The full retreat/event fee is payable according to the payment option you have selected. If pay-plan/finance option is chosen, payments need to be made on a timely manner. If payments are more than 7 days overdue, $100 admin fee may be added as well as interest on overdue amounts. For retreats, in the event that the balance is not paid within 2 weeks of the retreat commencing, Uniquely You Psychology. will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled by the participant and to re-sell the retreat place, the fee paid by the participant will be retained by Uniquely You Psychology.
• A participant cancelling their attendance to the retreat/event shall not be offered refunds. A participant cancelling their attendance to the retreat/event may assign their seat to a third party subject at all times to conditions with a $50 AUS admin charge and requiring prior approval by Uniquely You Psychology. If the participant wishes to assign their contract, he or she must give notice in writing providing the full name, address and contact details of the third party to sky@uniquelyyoupsychology.com.au Uniquely You Psychology reserves the right to refuse an assignment to a third party at any time and without reason, If subsequently, a participant has to cancel due to Uniquely You Psychology refusing the assignment to a third party then the cancellation charges under “cancelled by the participant ” shall apply.
• Uniquely You Psychology reserves the right to take any recordings of the participant during the services, and the participant accepts that all rights whatsoever arising in the recordings shall be solely owned by Uniquely You Psychology. The participant accepts and agrees that any recordings may be used by Uniquely You Psychology at its absolute discretion in any manner, including but not limited to its website, promotional material and advertisements.
• Uniquely You Psychology is committed to producing a high-quality event, including bringing original material to participants. Uniquely You Psychology does not give any assurances or guarantees to Participants for achieving any specific results in your life as a result of participating. Results include personal, career, spiritual, social, physical, emotional, mental, or lifestyle results, such as financial results. Uniquely You Psychology and our speakers, in sharing on or offstage and in video their words, knowledge, experiences and perspectives, are not coaching, promising or inducing you to any general or specific outcomes and are not liable for any way in which you may interpret or act upon the material.
• Uniquely You Psychology reserves all copyright which may subsist in the products of, or in connection with, the provision of all activities, services or facilities. Uniquely You Psychology reserves the right to take such actions as it deems appropriate or necessary to restrain or prevent infringement of such copyright.
• Any personal data that you submit will be retained by Uniquely You Psychology for as long as you use the services and systems provided on the web site. Financial data you submit will not be stored or recorded. Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to clause “ third party web sites and services “ your data will not be disclosed to third parties..
   

FORUMS
 

A “forum” means any message board, chat room, user review forum or other interactive service appearing on any of the Sites and includes both public boards and private folders. You must register in accordance with instructions that you will find on the Sites in order to contribute to any forum. You may not post on any forum, or send to any other forum user or our staff, any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person’s privacy, violates any intellectual or other property rights, or that would otherwise violate any law. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any forum user or general user who violates any of these terms of use of use, any of the forum member guidelines or for any other behaviour that we in our discretion believe is inappropriate.

The information, services, products, claims, seminar topics, and materials on our Sites are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied effectiveness of the ideas or success strategies listed on this site as well as those that are provided in our products or to our participants at our events. The only exception is the guarantees of satisfaction and graduation that are clearly labeled guarantees within our Sites. Neither we nor any of our respective licensors or suppliers warrant that any functions contained in the Sites will be uninterrupted or error- free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Sites or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Neither we nor any of our respective licensors or suppliers warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the services, products, information or materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not we or any of our respective licensors or suppliers) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction to your system. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of any advice, goods or services you receive from a guest speaker on our Sites or at one of our events.

We are also not responsible or liable for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to our guest speakers in connection with the display of their photo, name, or biography posted on our Sites or in our marketing materials.

The information contained in or made available through the Sites (including but not limited to information contained on message boards, in text files, or in chats) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, or legal matters. PARENTAL PERMISSION
 

The Sites are not directed to children under the age of 16 and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. We strongly recommend that parents participate in their children’s exploration of the internet and any online services and use their browser’s parental controls to limit the areas of the internet to which their children have access. We may, at our discretion, require users under 18 to obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to view certain content, and we may limit access to certain content to users above a specified age. PARENTAL PERMISSION
 

On our Sites we will occasionally discuss mature topics and language relating to personal and professional growth. Users who are uncomfortable with such topics or language should not use our Sites.

Users of our Sites hereby understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented on our Sites are copyrighted and proprietary, so users agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our Sites proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and Promoter will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.
