Tristen is a spiritual mentor, transformational guide, and trauma-informed yoga teacher dedicated to helping women reclaim their power, heal past wounds, and step into their most radiant, authentic selves. With a background in breathwork, energetic alignment, and soul-led coaching, she creates sacred spaces where deep healing and profound breakthroughs unfold.
Whether leading soul-awakening retreats, guiding breathwork journeys, or holding space for sacred sisterhood, Tristen’s mission is simple: to help women come home to themselves, rediscover their joy, and step boldly into their next chapter.
Meet Glennis – Guide, Healer, and Space Holder for Transformation
Glennis Dawson, a California native, has embraced a life deeply connected to the coast, finding solace with her feet in the sand. Her journey towards intentional, holistic living has illuminated a radiant energy that emanates from her essence. With a commitment to personal growth and education, Glennis holds certifications in Reiki, 200 YTT, and expertise in chakra elements and Kosha's in yoga therapy. Through her practice of clearing energies and guiding individuals to explore their inner purpose, Glennis is dedicated to fostering transformative experiences that nurture mind, body, and spirit

How many women will be attending
This retreat can have up to 15 women + two leaders
I am a little nervous about coming alone..
Did you know that 95% of our retreat attendees come alone?!
Part of this experience is to meet like-minded women, find your soul sisters, and be seen as your authentic Self! And sometimes that means stepping out of your comfort zone.
We promise that if you are coming alone, you sill be leaving with lifelong connections and memories :)

We welcom all ages, but most of the women tend to be 32-65
