Success Story - Hannah

THE CHALLENGE:

 

Ever felt sad, confused and frustrated? Like you can’t think straight?

 

Hannah did.

 

She was stuck in a rut and unsure what to do, so a friend of hers recommended her to us.

 

At first, she felt a little embarrassed. She didn’t think she would be able to ‘open up’ and verbalise how she was really feeling or what she was thinking. (A feeling more common than you might think)

 

But Hannah quickly realised she was in the right place and shared how she was having some unsettling thoughts. Her thoughts worried her and made her feel stressed and anxious.

 

Plus, she was always thinking worst case scenario which was affecting how she saw herself, how she socialised and her vision for the future.

 

THE GOAL:

 

When we broke it down, Hannah had 5 clear goals:

  • Feel Confident and Increase Self-Esteem
  • Improve Decision Making Abilities
  • Gain Clarity on her Future
  • Feel Healthier in her Body
  • Feel Happy and Free from Worry

 

THE JOURNEY:

Hannah committed whole-heartedly to her goals and dove straight into exploring deeper sides of herself.

 

She was able to discharge emotion and let go of beliefs and behaviours which were holding her back.

 

Understanding how and why she was thinking the way she was was a revelation. 

 

With a deeper unstanding of herself she felt more trust within herself and discovered exactly what self-care looks like for her.

 

THE RESULT:

 

She now understands herself so well that she knows how stay on track and celebrates her success.

 

She doesn’t lose time and energy worrying about stressful situations or what others think.

 

She’s exceeded her own expectations, achieved her goals and then some.
