It sure does! Alcohol above 70% concentrate has been proven by Health Canada and the WHO to kill all viruses in its path. You may also find essential oils in our products but those are not the main disinfecting ingredient. No false sense of security here - we have a job to do.

Depending on your goals, there are no reasons this won't work. We chose to add the extra ingredients for a couple reasons. 1. Alcohol is a drying agent (it's why it evaporates so quickly) which can be REALLY hard on the hands. Your hands are good to you and they don't deserve that. 2. In order to kill COVID-19 and other viruses you need to keep the surface wet and working for at least 20 second (think the Happy Birthday song x 2). Again, Alcohol is a drying agent and can't do all the work on its own. You need some thickening agents to keep it moist (I truly didn't think I would ever use that word on a website but here we are) and let it do its job.

Normally we would've waited for our NPN number to take the labels to print and do everything properly but when COVID-19 created a spiral of necessity we decided to spring forward and continue everything moving. NPN numbers are created to regulate what is being called a "sanitizer" base on ingredients and facts. Using the word "sanitizer" without it is illegal and we knew we would not be able to get these into the hands of our frontline workers or on the shelves for the public to get a hold of if the word was there and the NPN was not. Thankfully we were able to obtain the number before they arrived but the label still says "Cleanser". NPN # 80098301. Now we're just showing off....
