The pre-licensing course is a 40-hour course held over TWO weekends (Friday - Sunday).
Registration includes both weekends—one covering the national portion of the real estate exam
and the other focusing on Alaska real estate law.
Attendance for both weekends is required to receive your certificate of completion.
