4 Phase Framework to Success
1-Reframe Your Mindset
Master your mindset to alleviate Imposter Syndrome and limiting beliefs. Learn how to reframe negative thoughts and practice thought stopping consistently. Identify your self care regimen and stick to it!
2-Clarify Your Gifts & Purpose
Get really specific and analyze your WHY. Visit your Brand Story and learn to share it with the world unapologetically. Clarify goals, outline strategies, identify what success really looks like for you. This is when the real magic happens!
3-Create a Plan of Action
Create an individualized plan that you are determined to execute. This involved your Business Model and unique Framework for your offer. Understand that this is a working document, but the key is consistency. Use SMART(ER) method for added Energy and Readjustment. This helps to build synergy and motivation while TRYing-TESTing-TWEAKing!
4-Work the Plan: Implementation
This is where accountability and support comes into play. Ms. West CCC approach is down to earth, transparent, non-judgmental and assertive. This enables there to be a balance with tough love.
Self reflection will be ongoing as this is where the learning truly takes
place. Summarize outcomes, recall supporting indicators, analyze actions and situations, discuss new learnings and opportunity.
Problem Solving to explore all angles of the situation, circumstance, pros, cons,
etc. Look at possible options and alternatives, maintain optimism, utilize the SODAS (Situation, Options, Disadvantages, Advantages, Solution) method. Engage in hands on and Interactive practice.
You will be assigned a clear action item each week for Ms. West to review. This may include reading and researching material, market research, connecting with other professionals, engaging in role plays, resume and interview support if applicable.
