Q) Can I switch tiers once I've signed up?
A) Absolutely—you can upgrade to another tier at any time. You’ll just be charged the difference between the cost of your current tier and the one you’d like to move up to.

Q) How long does each course take to complete?
A) Each course level is self-paced. Depending on how much experience and education in the related subject matter you have and how much time you can devote to the course, it could take a few days to a few months.

Q) Do any of the courses expire?
A) No, all tiers are self-paced and never expire. However, membership at the coach level requires a Coach Membership Renewal fee of $200 per year or $20 per month after one year from purchase (This fee is waived for the first 12 months). Q) As a coach, can I log back in to refer to the course in the future?
A) You can refer to the course for up to a year or as long as your membership is renewed after your first year.

What happens to your membership after a year? It’s $240 a year ($20 a month for 12 months). Or, if you pay up front, we offer a discount of $40, so you’ll only need to pay $200 for the year.
