  • Jason LeGuier shared his risk management approach of balancing risk and consequence, with the goal of lessening the risk. As well as intentionally shifting the focus on 'CAN' vs. 'CAN’T' – what can we do that is within our control?

  • Dr Justin Wimpole added to the discussion from the perspective of an essential service provider. He speaks about how their contactless service strategy has had a positive impact on team morale and sense of safety.

  • Brad Sweback offered a legal perspective, stating that first and foremost, employers have to think about the safety of the workforce. On these grounds, employers are introducing vaccination policies..
