I'm in a panic and I wonder how I'm going to get out ...
I am so stressed that I start treatment with anti-depressants.
And then one day ...
I decide to have lunch with a friend who teaches meditation. And as I break down in tears in front of her… she says to me, "You know what, you have to get down to meditation and practice every day." And then she also gives me a book called "The Big Jump."
That day, I listened to his advice. I made the decision to practice meditation every day AND to do a complete DETOX with my life ... Detoxify myself from all this negative, from this romantic relationship, from the stressors that are the drugs ...
And then to start eating healthier and taking care of myself.
That day I realized that if I wanted my life to change, it was up to me to make those changes
I then started watching personal development videos from people like Tony Robbins and local coaches in Portland.
I started my spiritual and personal development path which opened me to my intuition, my life mission and the connection to energy.

At that point, I started to work more holistically in my chiropractic practice. And then, to have intuitive visions of how I should work energetically with people.
I noticed that the more my overall energy level improved, the more I was able to overcome old blockages and let go of unpleasant or negative emotions.
At the same time, I was doing all I could to improve my mindset.
Every morning while going to my office, I listened to inspiring music while visualizing my success, including financial. I wrote down my intentions and repeated positive affirmations … I did my best with my knowledge at the time.
And then I noticed an interesting thing ... When I ended my toxic relationship, I started to have more clients in my practice ... And then when in a moment of weakness, I returned with this toxic ex-boyfriend for a month, the number of my clients has plummeted . I ended this relationship again and my business is booming again !
And then, when I started to integrate a more holistic, and more aligned practice, the success of my practice was dazzling! The number of patients coming to me increased exponentially ... which was quite unexpected as I had just totally changed the way I work!
I then realized how important it is to be aligned ...
And by combining energy healing with working on me,
I was able to change my life and get it on the right track.
From there, everything changed in my life. I was able to make my dreams come true, live quickly in financial abundance, be surrounded by people who are heart-centered and aligned.
