In this profession, folks often misalign coaches, counselors, psychologists, therapists, etc. Coaches are not focused on the diagnosis aspect of mental/physical/spiritual health, unlike the other professions. The main difference being, coaches focus on the here, now, and the future, while therapists assess the past in understanding and treating negative patterns and behavior. A counselor or medical therapist may say, "Tell me about your relationship with your mother as a child," in effort to decode any guilt you are harvesting from trauma. A coach will say, "I see that you and your mother are still not on speaking terms after you showed up at her house unannounced. Is there a public family event coming up where you guys can get together and talk?"
As a trained life coach, backed by a history of outcomes seen across my clients and that of my colleagues, the lessons learned during your life coaching sessions will guarantee a better life. But the output is solely up to the input. If you put forth the effort, the techniques learned will change your life positively and permanently. With that being said, while I don't offer a money-back guarantee, I do offer free preliminary consultations, so feel free to vet me!
Absolutely! All of your private information, as well as anything you say within a session (on record or off), is kept private, safe, and confidential. You are the only person that can give consent to release specific details of your personal information.
I do have a youth leadership development program, so minors are always welcome! I believe a better tomorrow starts today! Parent involvement is up to the parent, and all responsibilities, legal and otherwise, will be that of the parent.
No. Fox On Demand's life coaching and business coaching services are offered on an as-needed basis. You pay for the sessions upfront and can cancel anytime. However, to get the best out of your journey, I recommend at least three sessions. Multiple sessions will allow me to coach you through the techniques in response to your daily life. This can only be accomplished over time. Of course, each person is different and may require less or more time.
Unfortunately, I cannot force someone to be coached or to fix any issues arising between you. Coaching needs a commitment to see the benefits, so I don't recommend urging someone into a session if they aren't ready. They must be willing and eager. Instead, I suggest you undergo coaching on your own, and after you succeed, they may soon follow.
A business coach will help you determine what you need to do to fix any execution problems in your business/career, ultimately becoming the driving force behind your success. A consultant can identify the issues that need fixing and give you exact solutions based on their substantial expertise. I am a business coach and work alongside business consultants to deliver both tangible and conceptual results. For example, a consultant will say, "Your website is not responding optimally in search engines, and these are the steps you need to take to fix it." A business coach will then say, "Over the weekend, make a checklist of the issues you need to fix along with your proposed solutions to ensure your Monday isn't stressful. By Wednesday, you should be halfway through implementing the steps by fixing one issue at a time. I'll follow up with you on Friday to check the progress."
