This program is a youth development program designed to teach young people to learn the critical life skills necessary to navigate life with confidence, courage and character. While youth are taking courses for their own development, they also learn how to present the material to their peers so they can earn money as a speaker, peer coach, trainer or workshop facilitator. This program powerfully equips youth to lead themselves and others to make a difference in their home, at school and in their community. It may also be used with adults to help them learn how to lead the next generation.
