Recipe Instructions
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
3 teaspoons curry powder
Hot water (as needed to adjust consistency)
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, and curry powder.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
If the sauce is too thick, gradually add hot water while stirring to reach the desired consistency. If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can skip this step.
Once you have achieved the desired consistency, the curry satay sauce is ready to serve.
This sauce can be used as a dip for tofu skewers or as a topping for noodles, rice, or vegetables.
This curry satay sauce recipe is an absolute game-changer! With just 3 simple ingredients and no cooking required, it adds incredible flavor to any dish. Whether you're on the go or craving a quick vegan meal, this versatile sauce is perfect. Say goodbye to boring meals and hello to a burst of taste with every bite. Try it once, and you'll be amazed!
