I felt stuck and was looking for something more, but couldn't define what I wanted and because of that I didn't know what steps to take. I was constantly justifying why I should be grateful for where I was, but it wasn't enough. I was taking steps in all directions but going nowhere.

There's a lot out there about building your second chapter and making a big pivot, but Sumayya understands what a lot of women go through mid-career and I could tell she's experienced - she understood me and the experience was very personalized. Big changes are daunting but she gave me the mindset I needed. Now I have a visible path forward and I'm taking steps that build towards something, and I'm ready to take bigger steps!!

I chose this program because I needed a new way to think about my career search. The video content is really rich, the modules are well organized, and the tools are well designed.

And the calls were so valuable - Sumayya is really good at listening and organizing someone’s thoughts, and asking insightful questions that give productive direction. She’s able to intuit each individual’s journey, meet people where they are and help them move forward, so it was a very individualized experience even within a group.

The emphasis on mindset and the Design Thinking approach were eyeopening and so valuable for a career search. It gave me the tools to explore and come up with a plan, and it can’t fail. Thank you for all you do for others!

The exercises are super effective at outlining a process to get clarity on intangible decisions. 

My confidence has definitely gone up, and I've completely come out of the confusion about my career. I gained a framework I can depend on in future to figure things out.

This program is great for people who feel like they have more purpose than a 9-5, and they really want to find a passion. It's not just about getting a new job or even a business. 

I had ideas but didn't know what I really wanted or how to break my ideas down into actions. This program helped me get past the barriers I put on myself, and now I have a clear idea of where I'm going. The workbooks were so helpful - I'll definitely be using them again.

You have to be willing to do the inner work because this program shifts your thought process around the fear and uncertainty that keep you stuck, and tackling that is the core of getting clarity.

Sumayya is genuine, kind, nonjudgmental and approachable, and her guidance was extremely helpful. It was easy to take the course because I could be honest and trust her to keep me on track and accountable.
