Each of us has the power to create our own experience in this life. But we have to learn how to control all the stress first! Transform yourself from the inside out!

I’m a lot like you. I’ve been a nurse for more than five and a half years and have dedicated my life to sharing my knowledge with other nurses stuck where I used to be: questioning why I ever became a nurse, balancing my own family while committing to caring for others’ loved ones day-in and day-out, and placing too much value and false hopes on my next day off.

 

That’s the thing about nursing. There really isn’t a day off. The friends, family, and relationships you value try their best to make plans when you really just want to veg out at home with minimal-to-no things to commit to (for just this once). But I bet you that’s been more of a routine than a one-off occurrence. 

 

At least that’s what it used to be like for me before I found a way through all of the stress and saying “NO” to almost everything and everyone—including myself.

 

Now, I run my coaching program, Bold Nurse Society, and have more than 120 podcast episodes that deep dive into helping nurses create balanced lives.
