This training is designed to provide women who are licensed social workers with practical tools and techniques to support nervous system regulation and stress management. Emotional clearing is a cutting-edge tool that accelerates the treatment of a wide range of pathologies and self-esteem issues related to disturbing events and present life conditions. This interactional, standardized approach has been applied to a considerable range of presenting complaints, including depression, anxiety, phobias, grief, somatic conditions, and addictions. Emotional clearing is guided by a variety of maps and models which address the unprocessed emotions that appear to set the basis for a wide range of dysfunction.

LORI KINSEY |
ADV Spiral Practitioner
Lori's desire is to hold a grounding, safe space to teach the technology of emotional clearing as an advanced Spiral practitioner. She strives to lead from a place of integrity that enables students to expand to their highest potential. Her passion for this work is revealed in every training session. She has the ability to hold a strong container because of the service work she has done in the areas of domestic violence and human trafficking. As a domestic abuse survivor, her goal is to facilitate from a place of compassion and trust.
Practitioner in private practice in Utah. Lori sees individuals with a wide range of issues. She also specializes in mentoring and developing new Spiral practitioners. She served at The Spiral Institute, where she supported and implemented practitioner training certifications.
You can find her feeding her soul by loving her people hard, surrounding herself with music, exploring the magical lava fields of Utah, hiking in nature, and connecting to the elements.
SARA ELIZABETH HOFFMAN |
Certified Spiral Practitioner
As a Spiral Practitioner, Sara Elizabeth finds her joy through being of service and is passionate about supporting those who are on a journey of learning to facilitate healing in others.
Co-creator of Red Lotus Life creates and facilitates group programs for adults who are creating a life after abuse. She has a deep understanding of the nervous system and nonviolent communication. Along with the tools of The Spiral, she combines several other modalities to create a safe and anchored environment for training sessions.
Sara Elizabeth's mission is to educate and heal others, while providing a compassionate space and holding point.
RACHEL MILNE |
SSW, Emotional Clearing Practitioner
Rachel graduated with her BSW degree from Utah Valley University and has worked as a Social Worker in different areas of practice. Rachel is committed to helping licensed mental health practitioners learn how to recognize and rewrite thought patterns to ones that are more empowering.
She currently works as a hospice social worker and helps her clients find peace and comfort in the transition. Interventions include educating about the dying and grieving process and assisting family members with beneficial coping tools.
Rachel is passionate about creating resources for people to find a sense of autonomy and empowerment in living their desired life!

Social Workers:

We recommend flying into Las Vegas (LAS), which typically offers the best flight options and affordable car rentals. From LAS, it’s about a 1 hour and 45-minute drive to St. George, Utah.
For a closer and more scenic option, you can fly into Saint George Municipal Airport (SGU). Although flights may be less frequent and more expensive, SGU is just minutes from town. Delta is the primary carrier, with connections through Salt Lake City (SLC) and Denver (DEN).
If you prefer not to rent a car, private transportation is available through Saint George Shuttle. Feel free to email, and we will do our best to help ease the logistics and support your arrival.
- Comfortable stretchy clothes for hiking, movement practices, embodiment, and integration activities.
- Something to take notes with (binder, notebook, pen) and journal to document your immersive journey.
- Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen for daily hikes, walks, and exploration.
- Small daypack for water, snacks, personal journal and favorite pen.
- Comfortable light footwear for walks PLUS footwear for trail hikes and indoor slippers are beautiful to have during this time of year.
- Rain jacket and personal blanket if you like.
- Warm layers for evenings and possible cool weather. Please check the weather prior to packing.
- Camera for photos during outings.
- Daily temperatures during the retreat could be as low as 59˚F at night and as high as 86˚F during the day. Please pack accordingly. If you need further recommendations for packing, please let us know.

Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 7/24/2024 - 7/24/2025. Do you mean I get to go to an immersion training AND get CEs? Yes, that's exactly what we mean! Earn up to 20 Continuing Education (CE) Credits.
To qualify for CEs, please note that:
- Full attendance of the respective sessions is required. No partial credit is awarded;
- Signing on a Sign-In/Out Sheet is required for each session attended; and
- The Certificate of CE Credits will be issued to you within 10 business days after the retreat based on your signatures.

No. Our focus during this immersion training will be to take time away with a community of fellow social care professionals and allow space and energy for introspection.
Red Lotus Life is a place of sharing, supporting, and nurturing. A place for human service professionals to reconnect, rejuvenate, and heal, but because of the nature of this immersion training, this one will only be for women. Please check HERE for other Red Lotus Life opportunities.
You have free cancellation up to July 1, 2025. Cancellations must be confirmed as having been received by Red Lotus Life LLC by the office by the deadline date. After July 1, 2025, your booking is NON-REFUNDABLE. We highly encourage travel insurance for your event, as this is a big investment, and if weather or other circumstances forbid your arrival, we can not offer refunds UNLESS you, or we can refill your space. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
If Red Lotus Life LLC needs to cancel the event, we may elect to offer transfer of registration to another event, provided such an event is scheduled and space is available. If we determine that a participant must be removed from the event for inappropriate or illegal conduct, Red Lotus Life LLC will not provide a refund.
