1 - Place it Where Seagulls Can See it
Put the nest somewhere obvious - seagulls need to spot it from the air. Tha's all there is to it!

Pro Tip: Seagulls choose nesting spots where chicks can safely walk around after hatching. Place the fake nest on a flat, stable surface that would be attractive to nesting pairs.

No complocated setup needed. The fake nest works by being seen - seagulls will spot it and choose to nest elsewhere. Nature does the rest!
Remember: Seagulls are territorial and choose their nesting spots carefully. Once they see a "nest" is already there, they'll look for another location to raise their chicks.
