WHO ARE COFFEELINK?

Coffeelink are a family run business with a real passion for quality coffee. All their coffees are expertly slowly roasted to their of exact standards. Coffeelink operates with 16 cafes across East Anglia and an online shop. Coffeelink decided to turn their focus on growing an online coffee subscription club providing recurring revenue and a scalable online model.

OUR APPROACH

A quality product speaks for itself and that’s exactly what we did with Coffeelink. The ultimate offer to convert people into Coffelink subscribers was to give a “free” bag of coffee away with every sign up.

 

The advertising term for this approach is the “free + shipping” offer. Each member who signed up had 14 days to enjoy their lovely coffee and start their subscription. Anyone who didn’t like the coffee had 14 days to cancel their subscription with no questions asked.

 

The campaign produced 2,110 customers with the majority continuing their subscription and the success of this campaign founded the hugely popular Coffeelink Club.
