Definitely! This plan will help you build strong, high-functioning, resilient shoulders from the ground up. Starting with optimizing movement mechanics, and then building stability around the shoulder complex, you will find a new strength and ownership of your pressing and overhead movements.

Much of the first two phases can be done easily at home with some light dumbbells and bands, but as you get into the last phase you will need access to some heavier weights. Phase 3 is designed to get you back to lifting overhead in the gym pain-free, so your rehab needs to mimic your training goals.

You will receive an email containing login credentials to access the entire program from our web based portal. You will have lifetime access to the program here.

I always advise that you get clearance from your surgeon and physical therapist before beginning this program, or any other program. They know your specific case and when it is safe for you to return to certain workouts. 

The plan is split up into 3 phases, and it is recommended to spend around 2 weeks in each phase. Most people get to the end of the program in 6-8 weeks.
