as Basecamp for Life stirs the interior by focusing awareness on one's Seed Nature. Life Evolutions opens us to new interior experiences based on those stirrings and engages what emerges. We pay particular attention to the language of the unconscious--imagery, dreams, and first words.  These intimations of potentials move us to participate in creation as co-creators of the world and ourselves. As we become more available to the process, we become co-creators of potentials which are already activated and undergoing evolution. 

No bona fide artist would ignore creative impulses when constructing a work of art. In the construction of our lives, we won’t either. We’ll evolve them and evolve along with them. And we’ll learn how to use these developments to do the work we need to do, whatever that may be. We'll discover our most vital concerns and serve them and the world. In Life Evolutions, we move from initial stirrings to those concerns that are specific to us and which give our lives meaning and purpose.

​Whole Being is a 2-day immersion that extends the evolution of what you uncovered in earlier immersions. You extend, enlarge, refocus, redirect, consolodate the work that you have done in Basecamp for Life and Life Evolutions. You vision and begin the process of manifesting in the world

In Whole Being, your conscious and unconscious experiences no longer seem so random and disparate, but part of a whole life in a whole world with multitudes of interconnections. You discover a meaningfully coherent and unfolding life in motion. 

In addition to carrying your projects forward, Whole Being also helps to set your independent use of DEEP BOOK on its path. This is a tool to use over a life time, a process to support whatever life you are living or want to live. You can facilitate all sorts of evolutions over time.

Depth writing is a way of being in the world 

Depth-Writing Weekly is a 2-hour mini-immersion that helps you continue your evolution. These sessions are most fruitful if you’ve taken both the Basecamp for Life and Life Evolutions. 

Many of us work independently, but can find the presence of others to be supportive. Depth-Writing Weekly is there for you when you desire structure and community, where we can serve as witnesses to each other’s humanity. The impact of witnessing and being witnessed cannot be overestimated. 

DEEP BOOK Group is a program for schools, organizations, and businesses that have a particular need for personal and group development. It provides the DEEP BOOK immersions Basecamp and Evolutions. While immersions are generally scheduled in full-day periods (2 days per immersion), we are happy to work with you to find a schedule that accommodates your situation. 

The DEEP BOOK immersion process can contribute to employee development programs emphasizing focus, decision-making, prioritizing, and team work. It also improves and promotes idea formation and insight for organizations that require creative response at multiple levels of their operation.

DEEP BOOK Focus is a variation of the 2-day “Basecamp” immersion. These immersions are more focused experiences for a deeper exploration of particular interests or specific themes running through your life. We follow the DEEP BOOK process, but reframe the experience for maximum impact.
