The retreat was intense and I was able to come back into my power by the end of 2 days with Jess!

I have wanted to experience somatic therapy for a while, so when I saw Jess’s flyer for “Healing childhood trauma” I just jumped right in and booked myself in. Since then I have done her ancestral healing workshop as well as some private sessions and the Transforming Trauma Retreat.

I originally wanted to pursue this in compliment to the other forms of clinical therapy that I have been doing that were very much centred in the head rather than the heart. I have been absolutely floored by the revelations and insights into myself, my family members and events of the past that have come out of each session. They have been insights that I think I may not have drawn out in psychological talk therapy without many more years. 

All these modalities combined have provided me with the equipment to significantly shift the weight of a lifetime of complex trauma from my shoulders. I deeply thank Jess for her ability to hold space, nurture and guide me through the work that I needed to do with her to begin to free myself from the pain, darkness and deep emotional burdens that have deprived me of levity and connection with others.

This retreat was absolutely out of this world. I’ve never done something like that before. I’ve received so many insights and realisations, released so much pain, resentment and disappointment, processed a lot of harmful emotions related to my traumas. It made it possible for me to get into the present moment and connect to my body, tune in with the rhythm of nature and universe and drop into the heart space. Receiving signs, symbols, messages and downloads from my highest self was unbelievable. I significantly raised my vibrations, elevated my consciousness, and continued to vibrate at a higher frequency for the rest of the week. 

If anyone asks me for advice about doing Jess' programs, retreats, workshops or online ceremonies via Zoom, do it!  First of all, you don't have anything to lose. Secondly, who doesn't want to transform their life???

I am so thankful and grateful to Jess because I am attracting people who can see the value that I bring to them and it's amazing to have these new habits and not the self-limiting beliefs anymore that you're not worth it.

Jess X Goh guided me in a process that made me unleashed my suppressed anger and rage. 

The result was an unbelievable decrease of my anxiety!!! I could managed my emotions and focus on my career without anxiety !!!
