That’s why, based on years of working in this sector with those seeking and creating housing communities and knowing what is needed to move the needle forward, we have designed this Housing Community Creator Accelerator Programme & Mastermind.
We are offering a six-month group programme to support and enable community-focused housing project creators and community leaders to succeed at creating the
housing communities you envision while exploring and increasing the project’s regenerative potential.

Format & Schedule of the Programme
Time of online learning
You will be required to attend fortnightly sessions of 2 hours per session. Other times are optional.
We will customise the time of the live sessions to meet the needs of the group. All are in New Zealand times. You will be sent a survey to get the best times for participants.
Four times for consideration of the fortnightly sessions are:
- Mon eve (between 6-9 pm)
- Wed (between 6-9 pm)
- Sun (between 6-9 pm)
- Possible weekday mid-day time
Programme Start
First week: Online orientation to the course content and format. We'll be building our community culture and unity. You will have access to the online course portal and membership community, You will be creating your goals, milestones and setting up your accountability structure.
Programme Finish
The last week will be our project showcases and community celebration online. Each participant will showcase the ways they have developed their project which could include powerpoint presentations, videos, images, drawings, etc.
Then, each 4-week cycle will consist of:
Week 1 Required:
Two hour live session: Facilitated Mastermind with "hot seat" opportunities (available for all package price points)
Week 2 Recommended:
Co-Working: Individual project development work in an online co-working space, with tutor available for questions & support (available for all package price points).
Week 3 Elective Modules--attend as per your package:
Two hour live session Module with an expert including references and materials and Q&A. (modules can be bought as a package or individually. More details on each module are coming soon.)
Week 4 Recommended:
Co-Working & Accountability session: Individual project development work in an online co-working space, with tutor available for questions & support (available for all package price points).
Additional project work, reading, and accessing programme resources and materials is encouraged throughout the week. These will be available on the course membership platform.

This Accelerator and Mastermind programme is an investment in yourself as a project creator and lead, in the team you have or will be creating, in your community impact, and is the foundation investment in your project.
Your housing community project might be the biggest investment of your time, energy, and money that you will make date. What you create could positively influence the ecological, social, cultural and economic aspects of the whole area. And what you put into form, on land, will last for generations. What a privilege and a responsibility!
So, considering all that’s on the line, starting with a solid foundation of skills, knowledge, networks, and processes will go a long way to ensure that future time, energy and money for the project is well spent and where savings could be harnessed through regenerative design and partnerships.
Your investment is your energy and commitment to your own development, the development of your project and community, and to the others in this programme.
It is estimated you will invest a minimum of 3-4 hours a week in your own and others’ progress, but the more you commit, the more you progress on your project.

You can choose out of four different price points to suit your needs. See below for details of each.
By buying the offerings as a package, you save half price on the modules and coaching. But, if you just want to buy the Basic programme and add those extra services later, that can be done.

If you decide after the first month of the programme that you cannot continue to participate, please schedule a meeting so we can discuss and find options for you to stay in the programme. If you finally decide you must withdraw, we will refund you the remaining amount minus a $75 admin fee.
We will refund the money after we have received a feedback form with details of why you could not or did not want to participate further.
