Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing my business consultation and coaching services. I am committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction.   This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are considered.

General Policy:

Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, all sales are generally considered final.  Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to my discretion.

Circumstances for Potential Refund Consideration:

• Service Not Rendered: If I am unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, a full refund will be issued.
• Material Misrepresentation: If the services provided significantly differ from what was advertised or agreed upon during the initial consultation, a partial or full refund may be considered.

Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Typically Granted:

• Change of Mind:  Refunds are generally not provided if you simply change your mind about needing the services after purchase.
• Lack of Desired Results: Coaching and consulting involve collaboration and effort from both parties.  While I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds will not be issued solely based on a lack of desired results.
• Non-completion of Assigned Work:  Active participation is crucial for success in coaching and consulting.  Refunds will not be granted if you choose not to complete assigned work or actively participate in the process.

Refund Request Procedure:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 15 days of the start of the service. Please clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide any relevant supporting documentation.

Refund Processing:

All refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days.  If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within \[Number] business days of approval.
