I'm Christina Della Rocca and ​I’ve been in your shoes. I know what it feels like to want to feel  better. I went through the health coaching process myself to heal from a stress- and lifestyle-induced condition in my late twenties.

I was so inspired by what I had accomplished and all that I had learnt, that I went back to school to become a licensed naturopathic practitioner and massage therapist to further assist my fitness and sport nutrition clients in their quest for ultimate health, fitness, and vitality.

I have been fully trained in naturopathic medicine, functional nutrition, dietary theory, massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, physical fitness training and appraising, and the art of healing.
