When I’m not consulting, coaching, speaking, teaching others, or making irresistible products 😊…I can be found hanging out watching HGTV with my 6 children (yes I said 6), my amazing husband and two fur babies (Titan and Tiana).

Or you can catch me traveling to any place with sunshine and a beach like Aruba or Hawaii.

Honestly, I also really love to discount shop too… I mean after all it's an amazing stress reliever and I just love getting a great deal on something brand new!

I'm Cheryl "CP" Perez

My career journey has taken many exciting twists and turns over the years—some planned and some not—and I’m excited to share the experiences and lessons learned that have shaped my successes… and how they can help shape yours too.

Now as the President and CEO of CCP Enterprises, I have the experience and keen insights needed to address the complex questions and concerns that challenge entrepreneurs at every stage, from startups to established powerhouses.

1. I love serving my community and I'm involved in several philanthropic organizations and boards including my sorority Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

I love gardening and every single year around Mother's Day I spend days and hours planting all the color that I need to feel happy every single day!

2. I'm deathly afraid of deer and actually have a house in the middle of a public park so I have several deer families that I am horrified to see every morning!

I love all sports but my favorite is football And I really am one of those women that will get absolutely p****d if you interrupt any of my Cleveland Browns games.

3. I actually am obsessed with makeup and fashion and from time to time do a little side gig beating faces for my friends and their special events 😊.

I'm really into meditation, mindfulness and horoscopes… really anything spiritual! I'm so into learning about the stars and the universe and how it can change our lives.
