Great question. The course materials are shared as video tutorials with supplementary spreadsheets, action plan worksheets and PDF guides galore. Each lesson will help you pair what you're learning with key action items and next steps.

How quickly will this help me purchase a home?

This depends on a lot of variables, including how financially prepared you are to purchase a home, how quickly you get through the course, how dedicated you are to making this happen, how much time you can devote to your home search, etc. The important thing to note here is that this is NOT a sprint. I’ve done a lot of the heavy lifting for you, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to do anything. If you follow the lessons, create your plan, and implement the strategies I’ve thoughtfully laid out, I am confident you can find and purchase a home that will bring you joy and the potential for growing your wealth.

Is this course for a specific housing market? Does location matter?
