This is a NZ success story, starting with just 2 people and now have over 50 people on site and still growing!

You'll be recruiting for internal staff from customer services through to cad operators, fabricators and engineers.

We aren't looking for someone to write and post ads and wait for candidates to apply. You'll need to be a proactive recruiter, having experience in sourcing candidates from online platforms like Linkedin, Facebook as well as Seek and Trademe.

You will be experienced in building talent pipelines and poised to get ready for overseas candidates once the borders open. Systems are already in place for the recruitment but it's time to take the HR functions away from the GM so he can get on with what he needs to do.

You'll be hiring some great staff, but you will also be doing some generalist HR, and creating systems and processes, with Employee Engagement at the forefront.

This successful company isn't exactly near public transport, so you'll need to live within 2 hours of it's vicinity so you can commute a couple of days a week but if you live nearby, we'd like you to work onsite and become a permanent fixture in the business.

This complex is situated slap in the damn middle of South Auckland, Hamilton and Thames. Location aside, this is a polished commercial business that happens to be more remote from the big cities.
