Wholeness isn’t something that has to be sought.
It is a divine gift woven into the fabric of the universe.
You are of this fabric. Every cell, drop of blood, organ, muscle fibre and thought. The micro to the macro. I know we hear this all the time, but do we actually exhale into what that means? You are a walking, talking, breathing reflection of creation. That’s pretty huge! Life has its way of stripping us bare to the bones of our worthiness and confidence at times, irradiating our temperance of this. Our emotions can be volatile, our physical health less than desirable and the frequency and vibration of our being reverberating lower than it’s possibility. When we enter into these states of fragmented wholeness, our unique worlds fragment with it. This basic law of micro to macro fills all.
Of our moments, not just the philosophy of it. Which brings us to the wild, wonderful and also very achievable concept of wholeness. The yin and yang of life. In ancient times the study and observation of Yin and Yang, or the “ultimate supreme” as it was referred to, was not only the basis for life, but a way to predict. Not just the prediction of physiological health, but the prediction of realities around us. If our realities. Those who understood these concepts were thought to be mystics and shamans, when in reality it was the beginning of science as we know it. Imagine being able to heal yourself in mind and body and also being able to use these techniques to predict and therefore change the outcomes of your conscious existence. That would be pretty damn magical, right?
Well, it’s not magic, it’s natural science and I'd like to invite you to be a welder of it .
Feeling like balance just keeps slipping through your fingers?
Like you’re not in control of your wholistic health?
No matter how much manifesting your external realities... something isn’t quite “aligned”.
Can't get your nutrition right? Or doesn't feel as good in your body as you’d like?
Then observing the laws of this natural science will be a life-changer for you. That’s a big statement, but the fact remains that, when we are in the realisation that it is US that are at the steering wheel of our bodies, then it is US that steer every aspect of our lives in the direction we want to drive in. And that’s balance.

Michelle believes that the human body is capable of great self-healing and expansion when the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies align in their divine thread of consciousness. This happens when you are in the sovereign state of your own wellness and in the integrity of embodiment.
Through her dedicated practice, Michelle supports the awakening of this capability through her patients and clients. By not only supporting them with the application of treatment, but providing them with a framework that supports the holistic person. Allowing the body and its subtle bodies to ignite homeostasis. This is what she calls self-mastery.
