Recipe Instructions
1 cup of pitted frozen cherries
1 cup of plant-based milk, eg almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup ( or 2 dates)
1 tsp cocoa powder or cacao powder, whichever one you have on hand
2 tbsp rolled organic oats
Optional extra: 1 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder
Put all these ingredients into a blender until smooth and creamy.
Pour it into a mason jar (or glass of your choice) and enjoy!
