If you actually follow the program and track your progress via our guide - AMAZING RESULTS! These workouts will help you lose fat and build muscle optimally. Of course, lots of other factors contribute to your progress so your nutrition, sleep, stress, hormones, etc also need to be a focus.
No, this is a DFY workout subscription with access to our Fit and Balanced app, an exclusive Fit and Balanced Coaching App group. If you want more hands-on support then our Balanced Lifestyle Bootcamp (group coaching program) or 1:1 coaching is for you!
