Terms and Conditions for the Female Leaders in Procurement Programme (FLIP)
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Female Leaders in Procurement Training Programme ("Programme"), provided by Business Academy Online Ltd located at 50 Maxstoke Road, Sutton Coldfield B73 5DR. By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Programme Overview
The Programme is a six-month leadership development initiative, including the following key components:
- Virtual Induction Session.
- Two residential training sessions (October and November).
- Access to an online Learning Management System ("LMS") for course materials and additional resources.
- Three one-on-one coaching sessions.
- In-person presentation and graduation day (January).
- Follow-up virtual accountability session.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
3.1 Programme Fees:
The total cost of the Programme is £4250 + VAT inclusive of all training sessions, coaching, LMS access, and programme materials.
3.2 Payment Options:
Participants may choose between the following payment options:
- Full payment upfront.
- Instalment plan payments: £1450 + VAT X 3 Instalments, £750 + VAT X 6 Instalments or £550 + VAT x 8 Instalments
- If paying in instalments, the first payment must be made prior to the programme induction.
- By choosing the instalment plan, participants agree to remain liable for all instalment payments as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make any instalment payment by its due date must be rectified within five (5) working days. If payment is not received within this period, access to the Programme and its materials will be rescinded until the outstanding amount is paid.
3.3 Late Payment
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in restricted access to Programme content or suspension from the Programme.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Participant Cancellation:
Participants who wish to cancel their enrolment must notify Business Academy Online Ltd in writing via email to hello@femaleleadersinprocurement.com Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the notice period provided:
- More than 60 days before the Programme start date: Full refund, less a £75 administrative fee.
- Between 30 and 60 days before the Programme start date: 50% refund, less a £75 administrative fee.
- Less than 30 days before the Programme start date: No refund.
4.2 Programme Termination by Business Academy Online Ltd
Business Academy Online Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Programme due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future Programme.
4.3 Withdrawal During the Programme:
Participants who withdraw after the Programme has started will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid.
5. Access to the Learning Management System (LMS)
Participants will be granted access to the LMS for the duration of the Programme. All content, including but not limited to videos, readings, and interactive materials, is for personal use only and must not be shared.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during all Programme activities. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Programme without a refund.
By enrolling in the Program, participants agree that attendance at the two residential training sessions is a mandatory requirement. Participants are further required to stay in the accommodation provided at the designated facilities during these sessions to facilitate full participation and engagement.
Failure to attend or stay on-site without prior written approval from Business Academy Online Ltd may result in restricted access to Program content or removal from the Program without refund. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, subject to Business Academy Online Ltd discretion.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
7.1 Limited Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Business Academy Online Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Programme.
7.2 Personal Responsibility:
Participants acknowledge that the Programme is designed to provide professional development guidance but does not guarantee specific career outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Programme, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and course documents, are the property of Business Academy Online Ltd Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
9. Data Protection
Business Academy Online Ltd will collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). ---
10. Force Majeure
Business Academy Online Ltd shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
