Tier 2 is the next step! Our CEO, Rev. Dr. Brianna K. Parker is prepared to facilitate your staff and ministry meetings in the form of our monthly webinar, and consult with your church to bring the training to life in the form of group coaching! In our monthly group coaching session, you can sit with Rev. Bri to ask specific questions specific to your immediate context, exploring solutions and anecdotes to your concerns. Additionally, you can both learn and process with leaders around the country on your ministry concerns. With the monthly subscription, this service will also support an individual departmental setting, moving seamlessly through each ministry with targeted training in areas such as Pastoral Care, Administration, Volunteers, Staff, Youth, Young Adult, Children’s and Christian Education ministries to name a few.

Tier 3 takes planning to a whole new level! In addition to the specific training offered through tiers one and two, BCL will develop a targeted plan of execution for an innovative worship service, celebratory event, or service opportunity.  Through the Tier 3 planning, BCL prepares a strategic timeline, social media strategy, scripts for promos and event details for execution.  This offers a real-time experience for your church to see the data-based vision of an event without the burden of guessing.

Tier 4 provides the benefits of Tier 3 with a customized event planned to the unique requests of your church.  Worship and event details are more personalized with one-on-one meetings designed to extract the most important must-haves for your special occasion and produce the transformation you aspire to see.
