Hi, I’m Stephanie Clark, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in mental health. My mission is simple: to help women reclaim their peace, freedom, and sense of belonging—not just in their minds, but in their bodies and spirits as well.
I’ve spent years helping women navigate anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and self-doubt. I know how exhausting it is to feel stuck, constantly carrying the weight of stress and responsibility without knowing how to lighten the load. But I also know that real change is possible when you have the right tools, guidance, and support.
That’s why I created I Am Permission—a space where women can learn the skills to regulate emotions, set healthy boundaries, release shame, and step into a life that feels more aligned, more peaceful, and more free.
