For gym programs, you will need basic gym equipment like barbells and machines.
For home programs, you will need dumbbells (weight of your choice) and booty bands.
For bodyweight programs, you will not need any equipment - just you!
If you're lacking a piece of equipment needed for a specific movement, no problem! Simply click the three dots next to the exercise you wish to switch out, type in the name of the movement into the search bar (i.e: tricep extension), and it will show you different ways to perform that exercise.
Depending on the program you choose, your skill level, and your personal preference, the workout times vary. However, all programs are built to be 30-45 minutes long to accommodate even the busiest schedules!
This depends on the specific program you choose, but most programs are built to start at 2-3x per week and increase up to 4-6x per week as the program goes on. This is to make sure your body keeps progressing and you continue making progress!
Note: You are able to move workouts around the calendar/schedule as needed.
All programs are set to begin on the upcoming Monday from the purchase date.
For example, if you purchase on a Monday, your program will begin the following Monday. If you purchase on a Wednesday, your program will begin on the upcoming Monday - so on and so forth.
