The foxondemand.org website is an life and business coaching service site hosted on Kartra. By using the foxondemand.org website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. • Examples of Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the foxondemand.org website. 
• Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.

• Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Other information   

foxondemand.org may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

• Gender  

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.    

2. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION  

foxondemand.org collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested, which includes: offering services for sale, processing payments, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers. 

foxondemand.org may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from foxondemand.org and its affiliates.  

3. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS  

From time to time, foxondemand.org may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. 7. AUTOMATIC DECISION-MAKING 

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you. 

We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data. 

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. 

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include: 

• Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours. 

Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days. 

8. GDPR 

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you, to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased. 10. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES  

foxondemand.org does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

foxondemand.org may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is transferred to the third party. foxondemand.org may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to foxondemand.org, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

foxondemand.org may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within foxondemand.org, in order to determine what foxondemand.org services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within foxondemand.org to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
