I moved from the UK to Ireland when I was 12 and immediately began my acquaintance with anxiety. At 15, I was prescribed Prozac for a short period but continued to struggle with migraines and a debilitating lack of energy throughout my teens and early twenties.
Despite my success with competing horses and various successful professional roles, it wasn’t until I began my journey into counselling and hypnotherapy training that I began to fully understand how to overcome anxiety and low confidence.
My training as a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist began with CPHT - the ‘Gold Standard’ of hypnotherapy training - where I learnt how to effectively instruct the mind to step away from trauma and unhelpful patterns and belief systems.
Problems occur when there is a miscommunication. My role is to show you how to eliminate the miscommunication that is sabotaging your life.
Alongside my successful practice, I now host workshops and talks within charities and organisations helping their staff to remain calm and focused, dealing easily and effectively with stresses and anxieties to increase productivity and wellbeing.
I am a therapist for the charity Red Kite, an amazing organisation dedicating to offering support to those that have experience sexual assault and rape.
Hypnotherapy isn’t what most people imagine it to be - it is so much more. I am hugely passionate about the work that I do, helping people break free from what has been holding them back, often for many years.
